After strolling through the market and doing some shopping, we sat down at one of the small shops to try their traditional dishes. We tasted their classic stuffed cabbage rolls and goulash, which left us with unforgettable flavors and gave us a unique culinary experience from the heart of Hungary.

• Széchenyi Thermal Bath: Budapest is famous for its thermal baths, and Széchenyi is one of the most popular, featuring both outdoor and indoor pools. One of the oldest in Europe, this spa offers a unique relaxation experience. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit, towels, and flip-flops! We enjoyed the whole day at the baths and had a wonderful time. The hammam is for the brave and those who can handle these high temperatures. Personally, I couldn’t take it, but my wife thoroughly enjoyed it!

• Heroes’ Square: A striking square with statues perfect for strolls.

• Hungarian Parliament Building: One of the most photographed buildings in the city, it offers stunning architecture and great views of the city. Visiting the Parliament, you can learn about the history of Hungary’s political life. The building is unique, especially beautifully lit at night, and it’s worth experiencing in the evening. For photography enthusiasts, it’s the perfect place to capture amazing shots with various techniques. Personally, that night I photographed it for over an hour, capturing stunning images from every angle.

• Fisherman’s Bastion: Fisherman’s Bastion is one of the most remarkable landmarks in Budapest, offering an incredible view of the Danube and the Chain Bridge. Built with castle-like architecture, it’s a perfect spot for photos and to enjoy the magical cityscape.
